$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install fortunes-cs 

fortunes-cs is installed in your system.

Make ensure the fortunes-cs package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fortunes-cs *

You will get with fortunes-cs package name, version, architecture and description in a table

fortunes-cs package basic information:
